The successful candidate should be able to ensure that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. Responsibilities Support in the management of the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security. Manage stock control and reconciliation. Produce reports and relevant assets statistics regularly. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Requirements and skills BSc degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business Administration or a relevant field. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Leadership skills and ability to manage talents. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Candidates being resident in or around OPIC, Isheri North, Berger, Warewa, or other nearby areas is an added advantage, due to proximity to the warehouse.
