International Rescue Committee (IRC) recrute un(e) Manager Nutrition (H/F) pour son bureau de Ouahigouya, Burkina Faso.

** IRC intervient dans les situations de crise humanitaire et de développement. Le/la Manager Nutrition supervisera la mise en œuvre des programmes nutritionnels dans la région du Nord, en lien avec les équipes terrain et les partenaires locaux.
**

- Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités nutritionnelles (dépistage, prise en charge de la malnutrition aiguë, promotion de l'alimentation du nourrisson et du jeune enfant).
- Assurer la qualité des données et le reporting conformément aux protocoles nationaux et internationaux.
- Gérer les ressources humaines, matérielles et financières allouées au programme nutrition.
- Renforcer les capacités des équipes et des partenaires via des formations et un accompagnement technique.
- Représenter IRC dans les instances de coordination nutrition (Cluster Nutrition, réunions sectorielles).**

- Diplôme universitaire en nutrition, santé publique ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans dans la gestion de programmes nutritionnels en contexte humanitaire.
- Maîtrise des outils de suivi-évaluation et des standards Sphere.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement sécuritaire complexe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
