Read more about this company Modern Trade Executive Job Type Full Time , Hybrid Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 2 years Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development   We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth by expanding the company’s market presence and increasing sales across key channels including supermarkets, hypermarkets, HORECA, and corporate organizations. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new customers within supermarkets, hypermarkets, HORECA, and corporate sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, store managers, procurement officers, and key decision-makers. Drive sales growth and increase the company’s market share within assigned territories. Ensure product visibility, availability, and effective market penetration. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely recovery of receivables. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports. Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry. Proven experience in Modern Trade, HORECA, or corporate sales will be an added advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Good knowledge of the Lagos market and retail channels. Minimum qualification: HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
