Role Overview We are looking for smart, motivated Sales Agents to support our in-shop handset financing program. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and helping them access affordable technology. All you need is a smartphone and the ability to download and use our Point of Sale (POS) app—no complex setup required. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in friendly and professional conversations Explain CreditHive’s affordable smartphone financing options Guide customers through a simple financial assessment to ensure responsible borrowing and avoid debt risks Assist customers in selecting a suitable mobile device Process applications through the POS app and wait for approval Initiate and activate approved devices Set up the phone for the customer, ensuring a smooth handover Process Details Each customer interaction typically takes 15–20 minutes from start to finish.
