This position involves making outbound calls to property owners across the United States using an auto-dialer system. The role requires engaging with homeowners throughout the day to gather essential property information, build rapport, and identify potential sellers, all within a fast-paced professional environment.

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners in the U.S. using an auto-dialer system. Engage with hundreds of homeowners daily to collect relevant property details. Follow established call scripts and procedures to ensure consistent communication. Qualify leads by gathering property information and assessing seller readiness. Handle basic objections professionally, maintaining a positive rapport with prospects. Transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team for further follow-up. Accurately update notes and lead information within our CRM system. Maintain clear, professional communication in English at all times.

This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls daily, possess excellent communication skills in English, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Compensation: $0.50 USD per hour, with weekly earnings of approximately 40 USD. Performance-based bonuses awarded weekly. Weekly pay schedule. Fully remote work-from-home setup.
