L'Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) recrute un(e) Humanitarian Affairs Officer spécialisé(e) dans l'approche anticipatoire pour son bureau de Dakar. Ce poste de niveau P-3 relève du réseau Political, Peace and Humanitarian et de la famille professionnelle Humanitarian Affairs.
Missions
Sous la supervision générale du Chef de bureau, le/la titulaire sera responsable de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre des approches anticipatoires en matière humanitaire. Cela inclut l'analyse des risques, le développement de plans d'action anticipée, et la collaboration avec les partenaires humanitaires pour renforcer la préparation et la réponse précoce aux crises.

Le/la candidat(e) doit posséder une expérience avérée dans le domaine humanitaire, avec une expertise spécifique dans les approches anticipatoires. Une maîtrise des enjeux de coordination humanitaire et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel sont essentielles.
