YOUR IMPACT

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our publicly funded projects by ensuring that every initiative runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with funding requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Grant administration, application and reporting: prepare, review and submit reports for various public funding projects, manage scope and change requests

Project coordination: draw up and monitor milestone and deliverables schedules, cost allocation, resource allocation and audits, optimize resource efficiency

Stakeholder communication: coordinate with technical work streams, finance work streams and external stakeholders to execute smooth reporting

WHO YOU ARE

Professional experience in grant management and project controlling, ideally with exposure to public funding programs

Strong understanding of funding regulations, compliance requirements and reporting obligations

Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines

Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
