Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role, with the candidate preferably based in Abidjan. The Project Manager will oversee construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Primary responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

More than 10 years of experience in Project Management with the ability to oversee all project phases effectively Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred (Construction Management or related engineering field also considered) Proven track record on mixed-use developments combining residential and commercial components French proficiency is a must (written and spoken); English is required Strong technology aptitude and comfort working with proprietary in-house project management platforms Literacy in AI tools and prompt engineering is a plus Knowledge of Expediting and Expeditor practices to guarantee project materials and resources arrive on time Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Strong background in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, supply chain, and materials delivery Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage
