The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Cameroon is seeking a Communication Intern to support the Yaoundé Office in enhancing internal communication and visibility initiatives. The intern will assist with website management, documentation, and staff engagement efforts, contributing to improved communication practices. Responsibilities include content collection, visibility actions, content management, community engagement support, and internal communication assistance. This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in a humanitarian context while ensuring staff safety and institutional neutrality. Enrolled in final year of Bachelor's/Master's in Communication or related field Proficiency in English and French Good knowledge of communication strategies and tools Experience with digital tools and communication materials Strong report writing and drafting skills Ability to conduct interviews with stakeholders Understanding of communication challenges in sensitive contexts Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in teams Experience or knowledge of the humanitarian sector or UN system
