The specialist will work closely with students, families, and community partners to enhance educational opportunities for youth from refugee and immigrant backgrounds. The position requires a commitment to creating safe learning environments and utilizing trauma-informed practices. Degree or certification in Education or related field 2-4 years relevant experience in teaching or youth development Experience in training and facilitation Cross-cultural experience with refugee or immigrant communities Experience with multi-lingual students and families Strong communication skills Proficiency in MS Office suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to be First Aid/CPR certified
