Field Sales Representative Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience Location Lagos City Ikeja Job Field Sales and Business Development   Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month We're looking for a field salesperson to sell a simple business product to small businesses in Computer Village, Ikeja. You'll speak to business owners and help them get started with a QR sticker that gives them a digital storefront and payment link. WHAT YOU WILL DO Walk Computer Village and surrounding Ikeja commercial streets daily Pitch business owners on Venu in under two minutes Sell stickers on the spot — singles or packs — and collect payment then and there Guide merchants through setup Log every sale in the agent portal WHO YOU ARE Comfortable approaching 50–100+ strangers a day and handling rejection without losing energy Can explain a product clearly to someone who isn't tech-savvy Fluent in English and Pidgin. Multilingual or a strong communicator who can adapt to whoever is in front of you. Self-driven — you manage your own day, your own route, your own pace Own a smartphone and are comfortable using the internet WHAT THIS IS NOT Not a desk job or a booth role. You are on your feet, in the field, every working day. Not commission-only. You get a real base salary regardless of how the day goes. You do not buy inventory or carry float. We give you everything you need. All payments go directly to us — never to you, never to a personal account. Every sale is logged in real time. We have zero tolerance for unlogged transactions or off-book sales. HOW PAYMENT WORKS You collect payment via our system — money hits our account directly. - Any cash sales are remitted same-day. PAY Base: ₦70,000/month, paid as ₦35,000 every two weeks Commission: 10% of every naira you close — singles, packs, big stickers, bulk. No cap. TARGETS Minimum 150 stickers sold per week — every sticker counts, whether sold as a single or part of a pack. Missing targets consistently over 2 weeks and we part ways.
