Alahram Taqa Burkina recrute un(e) Electromechanical Engineer – Project Manager pour superviser le développement, l'exécution et l'exploitation de centrales électriques au Burkina Faso.

** Basé à Ouagadougou, vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets de centrales électriques, de la planification à la mise en service, en assurant la coordination des équipes internes, des contractants, des fournisseurs et des autorités gouvernementales.

- Piloter les projets de centrales électriques depuis la phase de planification jusqu'à l'exécution et la mise en service.
- Superviser l'ensemble des activités électromécaniques liées aux systèmes de production d'énergie, incluant l'installation, les tests et la maintenance.
- Garantir la livraison des projets dans les délais, le budget et les normes de qualité et de sécurité.
- Coordonner avec les équipes internes, les contractants, les fournisseurs et les autorités gouvernementales.
- Suivre l'avancement des projets et préparer des rapports techniques et financiers réguliers.
- Assurer la conformité avec la réglementation locale et les normes industrielles au Burkina Faso.
- Gérer les risques, les défis et les stratégies d'atténuation des projets.
- Soutenir la préparation opérationnelle et la transition de la phase de construction à l'exploitation.
- Contribuer à la planification stratégique et aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.**

- Diplôme de Bachelor en Génie Électromécanique ou domaine connexe (Master est un plus).
- Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans des projets de centrales électriques, dont au moins 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle managérial.
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de centrales électriques (diesel, HFO, gaz ou énergies renouvelables).
- Bonne connaissance du marché et du cadre réglementaire du Burkina Faso.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à gérer de multiples parties prenantes dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (obligatoire). La langue arabe est un atout.
