WE ARE HIRING RESPONSIBILITIES Sector: FMCG Deadline: 12 December 2025 Location: Douala • Develop and implement a long-term talent strategy to attract, recruit, and retain highly skilled technical staff and administrative talent. • Manage all social relations and dialogue with employee representatives. • Ensure 100% compliance with the Cameroonian labor code, especially regarding industrial safety and working hours in a production environment. • Design and administer a competitive Compensation & Benefits structure. • Ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness within the local and regional industrial sector. Supervise all administrative processes and lead the implementation of an effective HR Information System (HRIS) to digitise and streamline processes. PROFILE • Master's Degree (Bac + 5) in Human Resources Management, Social Law, or a related field. • Significant years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Manager, preferably in a large industrial company (FMCG, manufacturing, agro-industry) in Cameroon. Expert knowledge of Cameroonian Labor Law is non-negotiable. • Proven experience in managing relations with unions/staff delegates and implementing HRIS. • Bilingual High standards of integrity and ethics. Strong coaching and communication skills. • Ability to manage pressure and a proactive. Strategic approach to conflict resolution.
