BackgroundMeeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the U.S.President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Department of State (DOS).The project provides strategic technical assistance and direct service delivery to achieve HIVepidemic control among at-risk populations, strengthen global health security, expand tuberculosisdetection and treatment, improve maternal and child health, address malaria, and promote healthsystems strengthening.In Cameroon, the EpiC project supports the continuation and expansion of life-saving HIVprevention, treatment, care, and support services, with a strong focus on community-led approachesintegrated with facility-based systems to close gaps in HIV case finding (first 95) while sustainingprogress toward the second and third 95 of the UNAIDS targets.International Health Alliance (IHA) is a non-governmental organization committed to promotingself-directed and sustainable community health through enlightenment activities, capacity building,and strategic partnerships.IHA will implement the FHI360-led EpiC Cameroon project in the Southwest Region,specifically in the health districts of Kumba South, Mbonge, Ekondo Titi, and Nguti.2. Position SummaryIHA is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Coordinator / Project Manager to lead theprogrammatic implementation of the EpiC Cameroon project at the community-based organization(CBO) level.The Project Coordinator will provide overall leadership, coordination, and management of projectactivities, ensuring alignment with donor requirements, government policies, and organizationalstrategies. The position requires close collaboration with government partners, technical teams, andstakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation and achievement of project results.23. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:• Provide overall leadership and management to ensure coherent project direction andeffective implementation.• Build the technical and managerial capacities of project staff through mentorship, coaching,and performance management.• Coordinate with operations, finance, and M&E teams to ensure compliance with donorregulations, effective budget management, knowledge management, and risk mitigation.• Support technical and M&E staff to document, analyze, and disseminate lessons learned andbest practices.• Ensure routine field monitoring visits to assess quality, progress, and adherence to projectplans.• Collaborate with the Finance Unit to ensure staff understand financial and administrativeprocedures related to project budgeting and reporting.• Represent IHA professionally with government partners, implementing partners, donors, andother stakeholders at the regional level.• Support the Executive Director in stakeholder engagement, advocacy actions, and officialvisits.• Foster a results-oriented supervisory environment that promotes accountability, learning,productivity, and transparency.• Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly work plans, performance monitoringpl
