Job Description

PRIMARY EXPECTATION: Drive revenue protection and revenue growth. Act as the company watchdog by eliminating waste, preventing billing leakages, cancelling unused recurring costs (e.g., inactive SIM cards), tightening subscription controls, and leading measurable revenue maximization initiatives. Performance-based bonuses apply for proven financial impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all office administration, documentation systems, and workflow discipline.
  • Serve as Backup Office Manager ensuring continuity of office operations when required.
  • Audit daily office processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and cost control.
  • Fully understand Nsoroma GPS products, subscriptions, tracking servers, and SIM management to eliminate inactive or wasteful recurring costs.
  • Actively manage invoicing, subscription billing, reconciliations, and revenue tracking.
  • Serve as backup Accountant supporting bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting.
  • Monitor renewals, outstanding payments, and enforce strict billing discipline.
  • Train clients on system usage when required and identify upsell opportunities (devices, features, analytics, or services).
  • Represent the company in client engagements, contract renewals, and executive-level customer care.
  • Handle selected executive support tasks for the CEO including reporting, follow-ups, and coordination.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Expérience

  • 3–5 years experience in administration, accounting, or operations.

Strong financial literacy and reconciliation competence.

  • Technologically confident with ability to understand tracking systems and server-based platforms.
  • Ability to train clients and support revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to detect waste and revenue leakages.
  • Highly disciplined, structured, and results-driven.
