The role involves market research, campaign management, and close collaboration with sales, product, and production teams to achieve business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy & Planning Market Research & Analysis Brand Management Digital & Social Media Marketing Budget & Resource Management Stakeholder Collaboration QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is an advantage. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, polymer, or industrial sectors. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. Skills/ REQUIREMENTS Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics. Project management and team leadership skills. Creativity and innovation in campaign planning and execution. Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
