Join Plan International Cameroon as a Procurement Intern and support the Supplier Prequalification Process across multiple offices. You’ll help ensure compliance with procurement standards, maintain supplier databases, and assist in minimizing financial and compliance risks. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management within an international NGO setting. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and complete supplier prequalification processes. Prepare and process bidding documents for tenders. Maintain an up-to-date approved supplier list/database. Support procurement of goods and services in line with organizational policies. Ensure proper documentation and electronic filing of procurement records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance and efficiency. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience (internship or work). Strong computer and communication skills. Good negotiation, reporting, and interpersonal skills. Experience with international NGOs and ERP systems is an advantage.
