The Medical Associate (Data) will support the Migration Health Assessment Centre (MHAC) in Douala, Cameroon, under the supervision of the Chief Migration Health Officer and Senior Medical Assistant. The role involves managing call centre operations, providing information to migrants regarding health assessments, and performing data processing activities. Responsibilities include registering migrants, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess relevant experience in data entry and customer care, along with strong communication skills in English and French. University Degree with 3 years experience or Secondary School Diploma with 5 years experience Certificate in IT/Data entry is an advantage Experience in computer data entry or call centre Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute Knowledge of data management principles and customer care High computer literacy in Windows and MS Office Knowledge of medical terminology Experience with NGOs or international organizations is an advantage Knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI is an advantage Knowledge of SQL programming language is an advantage Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems (EHRs) is an advantage Fluency in English and French (oral and written)
