📌 ### 📌 The Program Manager for Uniting for Quality (U4Q) will coordinate the delivery of a regional initiative aimed at enhancing maternal and newborn care quality in mixed health systems across Bangladesh, the Philippines, and Indonesia. This role involves managing the operational rhythm, stakeholder engagement, and documentation processes to ensure effective implementation. The Program Manager will also support cross-country learning and knowledge management while maintaining high-quality reporting for donors. The position requires collaboration with various partners, including national professional societies and government bodies. Key responsibilities include: 1) Regional Coordination, Operating Rhythm, and Workplan Management; 2) Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management; 3) Knowledge Management and Documentation (High-Quality Products); 4) Virtual Resource Center (VRC) and Digital Commons Content Curation; 5) Learning Forums and Cross-Country Learning Support. Candidate requirements: Medical degree with valid registration, public health qualification (MPH/DPH/MHA/PG Diploma), 7 years of experience in public health programs, experience in maternal and newborn health initiatives, experience in mixed health systems settings, strong documentation and reporting skills.
