We are planning to strengthen our Business Development team and are recruiting interns whom we will train in our fields of expertise so they can deliver expected results.

What you will do

As a Bid Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Research business opportunities on behalf of the company (calls for tenders, calls for expressions of interest, requests for quotation, etc.)
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the production of high-quality submissions, including content development, partner and expert identification, internal coordination, and communication with sponsors 
• Coordinate contributions from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all inputs meet tender requirements and are delivered within specified deadlines 
• Ensure that developed proposals comply with the terms of reference, company standards and client requirements, are internally validated, and are submitted on time through the appropriate channels
• Manage awarded contracts and developed TBG’S customer portfolio 
• Conduct studies and carry out project management activities
• Contribute to the development of a network of partners (experts and companies) across multiple countries
• Support the tender team in achieving established objectives and performance targets.

Who we are looking for

Qualification ­    Bachelor Degree in Computer/Software engineering, Information Systems, Communication, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Environmental studies,   ­    Initial experience in tendering processes, project management, software design & development, Marketing & Communication Strategies elaboration and implementation, market studies, economics forecasts, new product introduction, or any technical experience in the above fields of study Competencies

• Ability to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively
• Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading); knowledge of French is an advantage Strong attention to detail with excellent editing and proofreading skills
• Deadline-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize workloads effectively 
• Behavior reflecting MK values
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and ensure timely delivery of assigned workload in line with priorities 
• Good knowledge of technological trends and proficiency in office and project management software (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, and graphic design tools).
