To transform the Debt Collection & Recovery reporting function from a reactive, spreadsheet-based monthly reporting model to a real-time, AI-driven self-service insight environment. This role is not about maintaining reporting it is about fundamentally redesigning how operational performance is measured, accessed, and used to drive recovery outcomes. Key Focus Areas Within Debt Recovery Context Collections Performance Automation Automate real-time tracking of: Recovery rates Roll rates Cure rates Promise-to-pay adherence Collector productivity Build dynamic dashboards for: Team leaders Operations managers Executive oversight Portfolio Intelligence Create AI-enabled segmentation views: Risk bands Delinquency buckets Legal vs pre-legal accounts Develop predictive insights around: Likelihood of recovery Optimal
