CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft and roll out smart communication strategies that sync perfectly with programme timelines and change goals, keeping everyone on the same page.

Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement, tailoring messages for executives, teams, and everyday users to build buy-in and momentum

Build and run digital channels like intranets, email blasts, portals, and collaboration tools that keep the buzz alive

Whip up sharp, audience-tuned content – think FAQs, executive briefs, training guides, and campaign materials that hit home

Break down tricky programme details into simple, business-savvy language that clicks with everyone

Time communications to match key phases like testing, training, and go-live, while weaving in training support

Set up feedback loops and dive into engagement data to tweak and amp up what works

Handle issue and risk comms with quick, steady responses during crunch moments

Keep everything compliant, consistent, and governed, while syncing with integrators and vendors

Bring events, roadshows, and user sessions to life with flair

WHAT YOU BRING

You've got 5-8 years in enterprise or change comms, with real wins on big ERP rollouts like SAP or Oracle.

Stellar stakeholder skills to charm and sway senior leaders

Top-notch writing and speaking that turns complexity into clarity A structured approach to juggle fast-paced demands without missing a beat

Hands-on know-how with digital platforms and content systems

Even better if you've got a degree in comms, marketing, business, or organisational psych, plus global programme experience, ERP familiarity, or data-savvy adoption tactics.
