The ICT Associate – Systems Support provides technical and operational support to ensure the effective functioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT systems, applications, and digital tools used by UNOPS programmes and operations. The role supports system users, assists with system updates and testing, contributes to data and information management, and ensures that ICT solutions are reliable, user friendly, and aligned with operational requirements. Functions / Key Results Expected Provide day to day technical support for internal web-based tools and digital platforms Assist in maintaining and updating websites and internal portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress Support users with troubleshooting basic system, application, and access issues Assist in testing, documenting, and improving ICT workflows and tools Assist the ICT specialist in development and maintenance of web interfaces and dashboards Assist the ICT specialist in updating digital content and ensure functionality, usability, and consistency Assist in integrating data outputs into web platforms Support the ICT specialist in data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis using Python and SQL Assist in maintaining structured databases and ensuring data accuracy Support preparation of data driven reports and visual outputs Assist the ICT specialist in basic technical documentation, user guides, and system notes Coordinate with internal teams to gather ICT requirements Support continuous improvement of ICT tools and processes Exigences Éducation minimum École secondaire

Information Technology Operations, Information Technology. Education Requirements Required Secondary school (or equivalent) with 6 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience is required. Experience Requirements Required Relevant experience is defined as experience in ICT support, web development, data analysis, or related technical roles.
