Read more about this company School Nurse Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 2 - 12 years Location Lagos Job Field Medical / Healthcare   We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and proactive School Nurse to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of our students and staff within a caring school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff Monitor and manage students with health conditions or special medical needs Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports Administer medications in line with school policies and parental/medical guidance Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate referrals when necessary Promote health awareness, hygiene, and preventive care within the school community Ensure the school clinic is well-stocked, clean, and properly maintained Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ health concerns Support compliance with health, safety, and child protection standards Collaborate with school leadership to promote student wellbeing Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification (RN/RM) with valid practising licence Previous experience in a school, clinic, or paediatric setting is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, calm, and child-friendly disposition Ability to handle emergencies professionally and confidentially Good record-keeping and organisational skills If you are passionate about student wellbeing and committed to providing quality healthcare support in a school environment, we would love to hear from you.
