Read more about this company Nursery Teacher (Montessori) Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 3 - 10 years Location Lagos Job Field Education / Teaching / Training   We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and passionate Montessori Nursery Teacher to provide a stimulating and supportive early learning environment for our pupils. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons in line with approved Montessori methods, schemes, and school policies Monitor pupils’ learning and provide continuous feedback on progress and development Identify pupils with additional learning needs and collaborate with specialists for support Maintain a positive, structured, and disciplined classroom environment Provide pastoral care and support the overall development of each child Assess and record pupils’ progress through observations, tests, and reports Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication Foster teamwork and contribute to a collaborative school environment Requirements: Qualification from a reputable Tertiary Institution Diploma in Montessori is preferred.
