Internal Sales & Buyer Imforce Recruitment Durban , South Africa €10 000 - €10 000 /year Until 2026/07/20 Job description Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently Provide technical support and product guidance on electrical items such as MCBs, MCCBs, isolators, meters, switchgear, and related components Assist panel builders, wholesalers, and walk-in trade customers with product selection Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales Liaise with procurement and stores regarding stock availability and delivery timelines

Support external sales representatives with pricing and client requirements Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring quick response times

Formation / Diplômes

Prepare and send catalogues, pricing schedules, and product information to customers Minimum Requirements

Expérience

Minimum 2+ years experience in Internal Sales , preferably within the electrical or industrial sector Basic technical knowledge of electrical products and components

Strong customer service and quotation preparation skills Ability to interpret basic product specifications and part numbers Computer literacy (MS Excel, email, and quoting systems) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Advantageous Experience working with electrical distributors or wholesalers Knowledge of electrical brands such as CHINT, Schneider, ABB, Siemens , or similar Experience dealing with panel builders and trade customers Personal Attributes Fast learner with a proactive attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment Strong follow-up and closing mindset Team player with a high level of accountability If you meet the above requirements and are looking to grow your career in the electrical industry, we encourage you to apply.
