Role Purpose To drive profitable revenue growth by managing and expanding an allocated customer base through disciplined sales execution, consistent engagement, and correct product application — aligned with company standards and policies
Matric (non-negotiable) Minimum 3 years’ experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Parts Sales Exposure and/or working knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems Technical industry knowledge (advantageous) Basic computer literacy (ERP / CRM systems advantageous) Strong business acumen Key Responsibilities Create quotes and invoices accura y Process orders in line with pricing and credit policies Promote the full automotive product range Ensure correct product selection and application Grow and maintain the allocated customer base Liaise with internal sales, technical and warehouse teams Maintain accurate records and submit required reports Achieve revenue and margin targets Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Key Competencies Organised and structured Strong stress and pressure tolerance Accountable and disciplined Analytical thinking Attention to detail
