We are looking for a warm, professional, and guest-focused Front of House team member to join a luxury safari tented camp. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality environment, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and can confidently manage daily lodge operations with care and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure while maintaining smooth front-of-house operations and supporting the overall guest experience. Candidate Responsibilities: Welcome and host guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and daily lodge administration Coordinate guest activities, transfers, and special requests Maintain excellent communication between departments to ensure seamless operations Assist with hosting meals, guest briefings, and general guest interaction throughout the stay

Ensure guest areas are always clean, organised, and presentation-ready Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and calmly Assist with stock control, ordering, and basic reporting where required

Responsabilités

Support lodge management with daily operational duties Uphold the camp’s high standards of hospitality and guest service at all times Core Criteria: Previous experience in hospitality or luxury lodge environments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for guest service and creating exceptional experiences Professional appearance and friendly personality Strong organisational and administrative abilities Ability to work well under pressure and within a team Computer literacy and confidence using reservation systems and Microsoft Office High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach Valid driver’s licence Ability to live and work in a remote bush environment This is a live-in position. Accommodation and food included.
