Position: Community Entrepreneurship & Empowerment Officer Location: Rwanda (with field travel across different regions) Key Responsibilities: Design and implement community-based entrepreneurship and empowerment programs Train and mentor beneficiaries in basic business, financial literacy, and income-generating activities Identify and support viable small business initiatives within communities Monitor and evaluate program impact and progress Build strong relationships with community leaders and local partners Support beneficiaries in accessing markets and economic opportunities Prepare reports on program implementation and outcomes Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in community development, entrepreneurship, or related field Strong training, facilitation, and mentoring skills Good understanding of small business development and financial literacy Ability to work in rural and urban communities across the country Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets High level of integrity, commitment, and teamwork
