The ideal candidate will ensure seamless digital learning experiences while maintaining the organization’s IT systems. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Manage, update, and maintain the organization’s website and LMS platform Ensure optimal performance, security, and uptime of web and LMS systems Upload and manage online courses, users, and training content on the LMS Provide technical support to staff, facilitators, and learners using the LMS Troubleshoot website and system-related issues promptly Support virtual trainings, webinars, and digital learning tools Manage hosting, domains, backups, and system security protocols Assist in the development and maintenance of mobile applications Support IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, and software systems Collaborate with training and marketing teams to improve digital learning delivery Monitor system analytics and generate reports on LMS usage and performance Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role Proven experience managing websites and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, CMS platforms like WordPress) Experience with server management, hosting environments, and cybersecurity basics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and user support skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills (Advantage) Experience in e-learning environments or training institutions Basic knowledge of graphic design or content management tools Familiarity with data analytics tools for LMS reporting What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment Professional growth and development opportunities Location : Accra, Ghana Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
