Accountant

Experience 3 - 5 years

Location Abuja , Lagos

Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit  

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting systems.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings.

Process payroll and related staff financial records.

Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost allocation.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Minimum of 3–5 years relevant accounting experience.

Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).

Strong Excel and analytical skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
