Job description About the Role

VEXALL looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead service delivery operations within a pharmacy environment. This role focuses on ensuring high performance, reliability, and exceptional client service across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

ܔÏ Client relationship management

ܔÏ Driving sales performance and growth

ܔÏ Ensuring customer satisfaction

ܔÏ SLA compliance and performance monitoring

ܔÏ Managing projects, new services, and repairs

ܔÏ Leading and developing high-performing teams

What You’ll Need:

ߔ 10+ years’ experience in Service Delivery Management (large-scale environments)

ߔ Strong knowledge of ITIL principles

ߔ Expertise in IT support, field services, and helpdesk operations

ߔ Solid understanding of incident management & escalation processes

ߔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

ߔ Experience managing third-party service providers
