Le HCR (UNHCR) recrute un(e) Senior Protection Assistant basé(e) à San, au Mali. Ce poste vise à renforcer l'équipe de protection afin d'assurer la mise en œuvre des activités de protection des réfugiés et des personnes déplacées.

Sous la supervision du/de la Protection Officer, le/la Senior Protection Assistant sera chargé(e) de :

  • Contribuer à l'identification et à l'enregistrement des personnes relevant de la compétence du HCR ;
  • Participer à l'évaluation des besoins de protection et à la mise en œuvre des solutions durables ;
  • Assurer le suivi des cas individuels et la documentation des dossiers ;
  • Appuyer l'organisation des consultations communautaires et des activités de sensibilisation ;
  • Rédiger des rapports et des notes d'information sur la situation de protection.**

  • Diplôme universitaire en droit, sciences sociales, relations internationales ou domaine connexe ;
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine de la protection des réfugiés ou des droits humains ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) ; la connaissance de l'anglais et/ou des langues locales est un atout ;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et en équipe ;
  • Bonne connaissance du contexte humanitaire au Mali.
