Job Description

Right To Play is an international organization that uses the power of play to improve the lives of children growing up in challenging circumstances. Right To Play empowers children worldwide by using play-based learning to help them overcome adversity such as child labor, early marriage, violence, and poverty. The organization focuses on four types of play: sports, educational, creative, and free play, which help children develop resilience, confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. By fostering a love of learning and providing tools to overcome challenges, Right To Play enables children to thrive in school, at and in their communities. The organization reaches millions of children each year in some of the most difficult regions on earth, helping them stay in school, heal from trauma, and develop essential life skills.

 

Right To Play is spearheading this activity under the Play Acceleration Project, funded by ENABEL.

 

Details for Program/Activity

Are you a hotel with excellent conference facilities and quality accommodation services? We invite reputable hotels to partner with us in hosting upcoming conferences and residential events in Accra, Ho and Tamale.

 

Dates for Events:

  1. Accra: Workshop(conference): 26th May 2026 for 90 participants

  2. Ho: Workshop(conference) Date: 29th May 2026 for 87 participants

One night for Accommodation: 28th May for 53 participants

 

  1. Tamale: Workshop(conference) date: 2 7th May 2026 for 77 participants

One night for Accommodation: 26th May 2026 for 48 participants

Required Skills or Experience

Fully equipped conference/meeting rooms with capacity for up to 100 participants 

Comfortable, well-maintained accommodations for 53 participants for Ho and 48 participants for Tamale

Reliable high-speed internet and modern audiovisual equipment 

Catering services, including coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner 

Convenient and accessible locations in Accra, Ho, or Tamale 

Security should be ensured in hotel accommodation to guarantee the safety, privacy, and comfort of participants.
