The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Project Assistant (Assisted Returns) to support the implementation of return and reintegration interventions in Cameroon. The role involves providing airport assistance to returning migrants, coordinating reception and reintegration support, and conducting assessments and counselling sessions. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the National Reintegration Officer and collaborate with various partners to ensure effective program delivery. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or High School degree with four years of experience Experience in social work, case management, or protection work Experience in livelihood project implementation is an advantage Understanding of social protection and migration issues is a strong advantage
