Job description Key Accounts Representative - KZN

JOB PURPOSE To support the profitable growth strategy of the Company through the preparation and negotiation of the clientâs annual contract increase.

To grow, maintain and nurture the relationship with the companyâs clients to ensure client retention by being the link between the client and various departments within the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Annual Increase Preparation

Price Negotiation

Billing

Alternatives & Upsells

Adhoc work

Client Meetings

Client escalations

Internal Coordination

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 Customer relations experience preferred

Ability to communicate well â both at a high level and inter departmentally

Time Management The ability to plan

Business acumen

Negotiation skills

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Basic Report writing

Good presentation skills

Good MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills

NOTE

Full time

Valid Driver's License

Would suit a candidate that is available immediately

Must have own vehicle
