We’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer who lives and breathes mobile UI/UX. At MindX , you won’t just be pushing pixels; you’ll own the screens users interact with daily, the rewards loops that drive deep retention, and the design system that allows us to ship at high velocity without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do

Mobile Product Craft: Design seamless, engaging screens and end-to-end flows for the MindX iOS and Android apps.

Systems Architecture: Build and scale our Figma design system . You’ll manage components, variants, auto-layout, and tokens, acting as the gatekeeper for what earns a permanent spot in our library.

Behavioral UX: Design the rewards loop UX . This is the core of MindX. You’ll apply behavioral design thinking to keep users engaged, moving beyond visual polish to true interaction design.

Lean Research: Conduct lightweight usability tests and prototype walkthroughs. We don't need academic papers—we need enough user validation to ship with confidence.

Collaborative Handoff: Partner closely with our engineering team to ensure the "design-to-dev" transition is seamless and the final build matches your vision.

What We’re Looking For (Must-haves)

3–5 Years Experience: You’ve designed and shipped mobile apps. (High-quality concept portfolios are welcome if they demonstrate exceptional craft and strategic thinking).

Figma Mastery: You are an expert in components, variants, auto-layout, interactive prototyping, and design tokens.

Gamification DNA: You’ve worked on products where retention was the primary challenge (loyalty, fitness, EdTech, games, or fintech rewards). You can articulate why a loop works or fails.

Platform Fluent: Deep knowledge of native iOS and Android patterns. You know exactly when to use an iOS sheet versus an Android bottom sheet.

System Discipline: You enjoy the "Lego-building" aspect of design systems and maintain strict file organization.

Remote Autonomy: You are self-directed, async-friendly, and thrive in a fast-shipping, remote-first environment.

Nice to Have

Fintech Experience: Familiarity with digital wallets, withdrawals, KYC flows, and transaction histories.

Emerging Markets: Experience designing for African markets, including optimization for Tier-2 Android devices and low-bandwidth contexts.

Motion & Delight: Skills in motion design or micro-interactions (Lottie, Rive, or advanced Figma prototyping).

Visual Flair: Strong illustration skills or a background in graphic design.
