Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking courteous and energetic Waiters to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide variety of meals in accordance with set menus and guest preferences. Assist the Chef in food planning, kitchen coordination, and menu execution.

Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Supervise and support junior cooks and kitchen assistants during shifts. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Take inventory of food supplies and report shortages or equipment issues. Step in for the Chef when required.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or reputable restaurant. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian and international cuisines. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Good communication and time management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Accomodation to be provided Working Hours: Full-time, with flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
