Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking courteous and energetic Waiters to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests politely and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar. Serve meals and drinks professionally and in a timely manner. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and patience. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times. Handle payment transactions when required.

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred. Friendly, attentive, and customer-service oriented.

Good communication skills and personal grooming. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Accomodation to be provided Working Hours: Shift-based, including weekends and holidays
