Sales Representative – North-west Region and West
A- Duties and Responsibilities
a) Prospecting and Business Development
Identify and seek out new clients within the North-West region.
Build and manage a customer portfolio (wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
Present and showcase the company’s products to clients.
b) Sales and Negotiation
Discuss and agree on sales terms in line with the company’s commercial policy.
Log customer orders and ensure proper tracking until delivery.
Meet the sales targets set by the Sales Department.
c) Customer Follow-up
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Address customer complaints and suggest suitable solutions.
Check product availability at customer sites and avoid stock shortages.
d) Market Analysis
Spot business development opportunities within the area.
Recommend promotional activities to boost sales performance.
e) Reporting and Administrative Management
Produce regular reports on commercial activities and sales results.
Follow up on customer payments and overdue debts.
Take part in sales meetings and company marketing activities.
B- Technical Skills
Sales and commercial negotiation techniques.
Customer prospecting and portfolio development.
Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
Proficiency in sales monitoring and reporting techniques.
C- Behavioral Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dynamic and results-driven attitude.
Autonomy and organizational abilities.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Initiative and perseverance.
Profile:
Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) / Bac+2 in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Good knowledge of the North-West regional market would be an additional asset.
