Job Description

@fric Payment Solutions is looking for a Group Senior FP&A Reports To: Group CFO Purpose: Convert financial data into actionable insights, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making throughout the group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly management dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Maintain and refresh rolling forecasts and long-term projections.
  • Perform variance and scenario analysis against budget/plan.
  • Assist business units with financial planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on strategic initiatives and investment performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for board and investor reporting. Key Deliverables:
  • Monthly management reporting pack (D+6)
  • Rolling 3-month forecast (updated monthly)
  • Quarterly strategic performance review (Q+5)
  • Investor metrics pack (quarterly)

Master’s degree in Finance or Economics; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years in FP&A, management reporting, or strategic finance.

Strong Excel, modelling, and data analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to present insights to management.

Expérience

  • Experience in multi-entity / multi-currency environments preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is an advantage. Scope:
  • Group-wide FP&A, covering all subsidiaries and business lines.
  • Works closely with Financial Controllers and Treasury.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and reports.
