Job Objectives

## 🧠 Profil recherché
Oversee and manage the team’s enterprise-wide ICFR management framework. The role involves is to properly aligned with financial reporting risks while complying with ICFR requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- 1.  Maintain process narratives, flowcharts, risk control matrices and control documentation
- 2.  Ensure controls are properly aligned with financial reporting risks
- 3.  Propose/initiate controls on the Financial Statements
- 4.  Prepare ICFR related reports summaries and supporting documentation
- 5.  Coordinate with process owners to ensure timely completion of control activities
- 6.  Liaise with external auditors and consultants during audits and reviews
Minimum Education Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in in finance, accounting, banking, audit and control, with relevant second degree and professional certificates as advantage

## 💼 Expérience
Minimum of 4 years requisite experience in banking covering finance, accounting and Financial reporting standards
Key Competencies:
Knowledge
–  In-depth knowledge of enterprise risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
–  Computer literate
–  Understand banking operations
–  Knowledge of Financial Analysis.
–  Risk modeling techniques
