Responsabilités

organization, management and monitoring procedures. Duties and responsibilities Ensure community mobilization and involvement of local stakeholders. Monitor the management and restoration of forest and agroforestry resources. Train and support communities in sustainable natural resource use practices. Support data collection and impact monitoring and evaluation. Raise community awareness of the objectives and benefits of the GMV project. Identify and collaborate with local leaders, farmers' organizations, and women's and youth groups. Ensure the active participation of communities in land management and restoration activities, Build the capacity of communal actors on seedling production in rural resource centers (RRCs), Support sustainable forest resource management activities, including the development of participatory management plans. Support local land governance initiatives to reduce land-use conflicts. Organize capacity-building workshops for target groups. Coordinate the field team for proper data collection on field activities. Contribute to periodic reporting and evaluation of

progress. Participate in resource mobilization. Requirements PhD or master's degree in Agroforestry or in the fields of
