The Impact As a Zendesk Admin you will be responsible for the CRM systems within 5CA. You will lead onboarding and optimization projects in conjunction with the Application Support team with guidance from the Architects Office, Information Security and Product Owner. Who You Are The architecture of the CRM setup will be under your governance and ensuring this is followed by maintenance teams is a key part of this role. Clear communication and documentation skills will be important to achieve this. Given the fast-paced nature of the industry keeping up to date with current market offerings and relevant qualifications will be expected. Responsibilities Oversee/manage CRM systems Define and enforce system architecture in conjunction with the 5CA architect office Technical ownership of CRM onboarding and optimization projects Aid with managing work tasks for Application Support regarding onboarding and optimization Process creation for CRM projects Create and govern documentation of CRM systems Work closely with Information Security, Architect Office, and Product Owner to deliver CRM components of larger scale projects Rwanda : Eastern Province Kigali Province Northern Province Southern Province Western Province International 2022-10-11 Contactez notre cabinet de recrutement au Rwanda
