We are lookign for a Sales and Business Development Manager. Responsibilities: Constantly develop existing sales to generate sustainable growth & Identify customer’s needs, book appointments and explain company’s products & services. Directly communicated with customers via telephone following a field visit Responsible for selling a variety of solvents & chemicals to different industries such as Paint Manufacturing, Printing and Packaging & Cosmetics,. Reporting to Management and submitting activity/Result reports such as daily call reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer wise sales report. Monitoring Competition in the market by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives Servicing current customers, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Developing and growing the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
