Expert Application Advice

Required experience — Oxfam requires 4 years: each role in your CV must show clear progression with measurable results — not just generic responsibilities.

UN process — Complete an up-to-date, role-specific UN P11 — a generic P11 is disqualifying. Apply within 72 hours of posting: UN agencies often close applications once volume thresholds are reached.

Tracking and tools — Show your rigor: dashboards, review frequency, delay management. Specify tools you genuinely master with a concrete usage example.
