Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all supply chain activities across the country operations — including production planning, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and inventory management. This role ensures cost-efficient, timely, and compliant movement of materials and products to meet customer requirements while supporting JB Cocoa’s overall operational, financial, and sustainability goals. Roles and Responsibilities: A) Planning & S&OP Lead demand and supply planning, including inventory and packaging materials, to meet customer needs while optimizing stock levels. Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align cross-functional priorities and ensure accurate forecasting and capacity planning. Identify supply-demand risks and implement mitigation strategies. B) Production Coordination Align production plans with demand forecasts, raw material availability, and warehouse capacity. Monitor performance and adjust schedules to optimize output and minimize disruptions. C) Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfilment. Manage logistics partners and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service reliability. D) Customer Service & Returns Manage customer complaints, returns, and replacement processes efficiently. Collaborate with Sales and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. E) Inventory Management Ensure optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods with strong controls on accuracy, traceability, and replenishment. Monitor stock movement, aging, and turnover to optimize working capital. F) Systems & Digitalization Drive effective use of SAP and other systems for planning, tracking, and reporting. Support digital initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making. G) Financial & Cost Management Manage supply chain budget and monitor cost performance against targets. Partner with Finance to optimize cost efficiency and support business planning. H) Continuous Improvement & Compliance Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. I) Team Leadership Lead, develop, and manage the supply chain team. Foster cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience. 10 - 15 years of prior relevant experience with Supply Chain (Logistics, Planning and Warehouse Management) in Foods Processing or FMCG Industry. Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive approaches to risk management. Outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to navigate through ambiguity, handle the unexpected with flexibility and provide clarity to business leadership. Possesses strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both operational and non-operational audiences.
