This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring our Field Service operations run seamlessly by delivering the right expertise at the right time to our customers. What will you do: As a Field Services Planner, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and FSR utilization. You will: Coordinate and schedule Field Service activities for customer sites. Ensure all parts, tools, and job details are in place for smooth execution. Prioritize and plan interventions based on customer type, SLAs, and resource availability. Match the right Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to the right jobs. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams. Monitor work execution and adjust schedules when needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives and performance reviews. What will make you successful: Demonstrated expertise in service operations and customer support coordination. Strong organizational and time management capabilities with attention to detail. Technical or vocational background in the relevant field with hands-on experience. Excellence in team leadership and process management. Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience & Education Required: Associate with a relevant degree or Higher National Diploma. 2-4 years of experience in scheduling, operations support, customer service, or related roles. Prior experience in Field Services, Customer Care Center, or Order Management is an advantage. Familiarity with Schneider’s Field Services Business is highly preferred. Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management ability. High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
