Bodhi Global Analysis is seeking a National Consultant based in Guinea to support conflict analysis, human security assessments, and resilience research. The role involves conducting desk-based research, stakeholder mapping, and primary data collection through interviews and focus group discussions. Candidates should possess deep contextual knowledge of Guinea's political and security dynamics and be able to produce analytical reports in French. This consultancy position offers immediate deployment opportunities and inclusion on Bodhi's consultant roster for future assignments. Key responsibilities include: Research and Analysis (conduct desk-based research on conflict dynamics, human security threats, governance trends; undertake stakeholder mapping; prepare scoping surveys; contribute to analytical reports), Primary Data Collection (plan and conduct key informant interviews; facilitate focus group discussions; support workshop organization; ensure ethical standards), Coordination and Logistics (support in-country field missions; liaise with national authorities; provide contextual updates; support translation). Essential qualifications: Master's degree in relevant field, minimum 7 years experience in conflict analysis or human security research, deep understanding of Guinea's political and security dynamics, experience conducting qualitative research, fluent/native French speaker, current residence in Guinea, established professional networks in Guinea.
