Scope The Senior Agronomist will support farmer education programs for farmers across the cereals, legumes, vegetables, and cash crop value chains in Ghana as a means to generate revenue for the company.    Key Responsibilities   Responsible for farmer extension and advisory services by developing and improving farmer and agent training materials Oversee farmer education via technology to increase the number of farmers we reach with good agricultural practices and ensures high adoption of information.  Plans and facilitates master training sessions to ensure efficient delivery of content through lead trainers.  Lead company’s crop diversification strategy by designing and marketing new product packages and behaviour change campaigns for smallholder farmers.  Ensure in-field monitoring to promote best management practices during workshops and farm coaching  Responsible for validating all drafted agricultural advisory content Provide technical support to Call centre executives and Farmer Service teams  Oversee the establishment of demonstration plots for product quality tests and writing reports with recommendations.
